I have been living in this place (in Pictures) for one year now. I plan to move out on July 1st, 2024. However, the place would still be with me for the month of July, which means I will not live there physically, but can rent it out. I can rent it for this month for 6000 SEK on a short term (until August 1,2024). The Home Owners are extremely nice people and very caring and friendly. You are welcome to show your interest in the room. The room is a standalone part of villa. The room is very nice, in a serene and quite place and you have all the amenities(private badrum, oven, kitchen, Microwave, Washing machine, dryer). You can hire it for one month or long term as well. Location is very viable, as this room is a few minutes walk from Spånga Station. You can literally find either Buses or Pendaltåg to any part of stockholm, just by walking 8 minutes from this home.
