Hyr ett rum på 48 m² i Stockholm

Hello,
We rent out our beautiful attic room, 48 square meters with an apartment feel. The rent is SEK7500 a month for one person. Our house is situated in Beckomberga/Bromma. In the partly furnished room you'll find a double bed, desk, wardrobe, clothes hangers, microwave oven, air fryer, fridge and freezer. There is access to patio and parking space.
By us very sparsely used kitchen and bathroom are shared. We give priority for the tenant over usage of these spaces. There are two bathrooms in the house. One of them with washing machine and drying facilities.
Wi-Fi broadband Internet, electricity, heating and water are included in the rent.
It's possible to register at our address.
It takes 30 minutes to get from our house to the city centre (central station) by public transport or Södra station.
We are experienced as landlords and are interested in that our tenants are pleased with their time with us and offer secure and comfortable living, Looking forward to your response. As we're away a lot in the evening time, our tenants must be very reliable.
Our offer should not be confused with living in a collective. The tenant lives separately on the top floor, but of course there must be some
We prefer rentals of six months or longer.

It was one of my biggest strokes of luck to find this spacious attic room in Marielle and Thomas' house. The area is calm and peaceful, and I could enjoy the changing colors of nature every day. Since I lived from spring to winter, I can tell you that radiators and large windows did their jobs very well. As Rachel said, you can keep your privacy but also have nice and fun chats with Marielle and Thomas. The reason I'm moving out is that I'm leaving Sweden, and I hope another lucky person grabs this beautiful room after me!

"I live in the big cosy attic bedroom of Marielle and Thomas' home - they are very friendly landlords who have made me feel very welcome. The room is light, bright and spacious with plenty of radiators for heat - the room is very cosy. There is a comfy double bed, large fridge, microwave and tv - I use the kitchen downstairs in the evenings to cook. There are two bathrooms in the house, both have showers and one has a bath. It is always clean as they have a cleaner that comes to clean the kitchen and bathrooms but I clean my own bedroom. The house is very quiet in the evenings as Marielle and Thomas are often out.
