Looking for a roommate

Hello, I have a room in a 3 room apartment (2 bedrooms + 1 living room) that is available straight away until 01Oct21. The apartment is a bit old, has a balcony, and located in Farsta Strand, a 10 minute walk from the train and underground station (green line – 20 some minutes to Gamla Stan). Price is 5,600 SEK all included. By renting this room you will effectively be renting half of the apartment and you will be sharing with just one person, myself. The rent paid by you is a little less than half of the rent paid for the entire place. Place is very quiet and nearby a lake, with a lot of nature around, and a 10-15 minute walk from Farsta Centrum. I will prefer to rent to a male roommate from Europe, as there are a few languages I would like to practice J I would prefer someone with a steady job, in their 30s. proof of income and ID will be required. Must accept pets (cat).
About me: I am 36, from Rome Italy and I got to Stockholm almost 2weeks ago and still getting setup and I got this apartment just yesterday, so I am still fixing things here and there. I work for a Pharma company and I am fully home based. If you think you fit the description, please drop me a PM on here and we can schedule a viewing.
