Your social life is entirely within walking distance! The shortest contract period with us is two (2) months, this to preserve a sense of stability in the community and in your future home. That way we can ensure that everything is fresh and clean for you as a new tentant. THE COLIVING APARTMENT • Each coliving apartment in COLIVE Volatus consists of 10 private rooms, with the exception of bottom floor smaller apartments that have 9 and 5 private rooms respectively. • The private rooms are partially furnished, which means that there is a bed with good storage, wardrobes and a ceiling lamp. This gives you as a tenant the opportunity to add your personal touch to the room. Each room has a private bathroom, and there is also a shared bathroom in the apartment.• Common areas consist of kitchen, dining area, living room and balconies. • The common areas are fully furnished, from furniture to cutlery, so that it is smooth and easy to move in. All coliving apartments have a dishwasher. COMMON ASSETS • COLIVE Hangout - a common area for all colivers that offers lounge spaces, workplaces and the opportunity for joint movie nights and dinners.• Bicycle storage room.• Laundry lounge with several washing machines is located in connection the Hangout and is shared by everyone in the hub. SMOKING • Since we would like to offer our tenants a healthy living and a smoke free environment, we have a non-smoking policy in all COLIVE's hubs.CHILDREN• Since children are not included in the age category 20-35, we cannot offer accommodation for people with children. PETS• Although we are great friends of animals, we are not able to accept pets in this facility.
