One room to let in a large apartment, 90m2 will be available from Januari 1st. The former tenant who lived for almost 3 years is leaving so Iam looking for a new one. Location is nice on 6th floor. Buses are stopping outside every 10min, night buses arrive as well from Ropsten. ICA food shop in the building is open to 21 all night.
You can also easily bike to KTH or Stockholm University.

Close to forest and nice surroundings at Lidingö.
The apartment has its own laundry & dryer need for booking laundry. 1 bathroom with shower and another separate toilet.
We will share kitchen.
Your room is furnished and has storage.
Preferable long term stay only to student or researcher.

Iam 59 years, easygoing and don't mind you bringing guests etc, train a lot in the evenings, often away on weekends to my house or girlfriend. My daughter is 16 and has her own room buy are seldom here.
