Furnished apartment for exchange students. Linnéuniversity/Växjö

We are family of three. Me, Axel, my partner Ida and our daughter Eila. We are a young couple who has renovated a house for three years and in the end of the renovation got our firstborn who is soon 2 years old. For the moment our accommodation is rented out to two students from England. But they will move out the 20th of January. What we offer: An accommodation for 2 people. A floor with two private bedrooms, private living room, private toilet and bathroom. A laundryroom that you will share with us. The basement floor is totally renovated and is in a very nice state. It has it own entrance which you will receive your own keys to. 2 km from linneuniversitet. Included in the accommodation and in the rent you will get furnished rooms(beds included), electricity, heating, warm water and a fast Wi-Fi for studying. The rent is 9000 sek. You will be signing a rental agreement with us and have a Swedish home insurance. It’s easy to get and cost around 120 sek a month for one housing. I prefer that you contact me via mail.
