Cosy room in lovely house with great garden and outdoor opportunities

We are a young Swedish-German family with two small kids looking to rent our newly renovated guest room to a friendly and orderly tenant. The house is a lovely wooden 2-floor house in a big garden located in idyllic Viby, a 10 minute walk from the Järva natural reserve.

Ideally, you are a German-speaking student or young professional looking for a comfortable accommodation close to nature, and with good communications to Stockholm as well as Uppsala.

The room is located on the upper floor of the house, where the family spends little time. So there is plenty of opportunity to use more living space than the room itself. Two bathrooms are located on the ground floor, where we also have the kitchen, living room, laundry, children’s and master bedrooms.

We are looking for a tenant living in the house for 10-11 months per year (assuming you will vacate during the summer months), but the exact details of the contract are negotiable. We would write a contract for 1 year at a time.
