Near the water for nice walks/runs/bike rides. 2 blocks from subway Rådhuset, or it is not far to walk to T-Centralen. House has elevator. Move-in ready now. Electricity, heat, internet included. Important thing to note is that during 2-4 days per week our family business will use the kitchen for lunch 11:00-12:00 (2 people) and coffee 15:00-15:30 (5 people), but there is no access to the other 2 rooms (shut doors), so full privacy in living room, bedroom, and bathroom. This is why the rent is so low

The preferred tenant is:
-Single person or a couple (sleeping in same room)
-Long-term rental is preferred. A tentant who wants to stay 2 years will be preferred over one who wants to stay there 1 year. Longer multi-year stays possible
-No smoking, no pets
