There’s a room available in our house collective, located in Johannesdal (Vårberg, Skärholmen, Stockholm). The three-story house has lots of shared spaces (bathrooms on two of the floors and toilets on every floor, large kitchen, laundry with a tumbler and a washing machine, living room and storage rooms). Geographically located close to nature, water (the lake Mälaren), Vårberg centrum and the subway station. In the garden there’s an apple tree, berry bushes, carpenter’s shed, herbs, a mountainette with a splendid view, room for cultivation sites and a little pond. • The room (available from ) that's available on the middle floor is circa 18 square meters. Rental cost: 4850 kr/SEK per month. Both couples and individuals, without kids nor pets, are welcome to One month rent deposition in advance.
