1 room of 9m² in Stockholm

room on 2nd floor in rowhouse south part of stockholm ("söderort"). a calm area with many familles and people with mixed background. you get a room with (proper lock) and almost a private bathroom with shower and bathtub (seldom used). we share kitchen and entry. (you get your own shelves to have your own food but are free to use all utensils.) --- house is just next to a nature reserve (10 min bicycle), with great outdoor hiking/swimming/training possibilities, including stockholm's largest "lake beaches" - flaten. about 8 minuts walking to green subway line end station "skarpnäck" ~20 minutes ride with it to city centre, ~40 (with 1 change) to stockholm university. traffic about every 10 minutes. about 15 minutes walk to busstop for that takes ~35 min to flemingsberg and södertörn university (traffic every 15 minutes) . --- this is a tobaco and drugfree home (exception mild drinking of alcohol). as the room is small and we share living spaces please do not bring any friends without planning with me first. i also rent another guestroom on airbnb so sometimes some other guest is there as well. --- normal amenities like paper, bedsheets, washing machine powder and towel as well as wifi and room cleaning once /month are included. --- i'm kind of "nerdy" and like scifi/fantasy, games and similar. me (45yo man) and my 11yo son and 2 guinea pigs live in the house, and i work with it from home half the time. his mother stays in the house every second week and usually work from home as well. --- the exact dates are of course negotiable. when needed cost per day will be: month fee (4400) / 30 = 147 sek.
