2 rooms apartment of 64m² in Lund

Apartment, Karl XI gatan 6, 222 19 Lund. The apartment is in the city centre, 5 minutes walk to the Central Train Station . It is a 2 room apartment, in total 64 square meters. I wish to find a tenant to my fully furnished apartment who is not smoking or drinking. I plan to come home once a year between 1st July-30th August and occupy the apartment in Lund while on vacation in Sweden. Consequently, the tenant only needs to pay rent during 10 months per year.
