1 room apartment of 27m² in Stockholm

i am subletting out my furnished studio apartment in björkhagen. from the 1.08-until the 31.10 (move in and out date can be arranged to earlier/later) the apartment is 27 m2, has a fully equipped kitchen, bed, dinning table and everything that you need. the neighborhood is really calm, right outside of the naturreservart nacka and a 5-10 min walk to the green line (station björkhagen), so you are at t-centralen within 15-20 min. the rent is 9000 sek total (+ electricity, usually around 200 sek) this is a student apartment and in order to rent it you need to meet the following requirements: - you are studying, or intend to study, at least 15 credits (or equivalent) per semester at an ssco-affiliated higher education institution. - you have an active union membership in an ssco-affiliated student union.
